数据默认存储在你的设备本地。开启 iCloud 同步后，数据通过你本人的 iCloud 私有数据库在你的设备间同步，开发者无法读取。
Your data is stored locally on device by default. With iCloud sync enabled, it syncs across your own devices through your private iCloud database; the developer cannot read it.
在 App 内「我的 → 数据管理」中可一键导出（CSV / JSON），也可彻底删除账户与全部数据。
In the app, go to "Me → Data" to export (CSV / JSON) or permanently delete your account and all data.
只要新旧设备登录同一 Apple 账户并开启 iCloud 同步，数据会自动恢复；也可用导出的备份文件导入。
As long as both devices use the same Apple Account with iCloud sync on, your data restores automatically. You can also import from an exported backup file.
